苹果审核已经开始严查游戏版号，版号被拒经验总结

2020年7月1日，在中国大陆上架的付费游戏或者带内购的游戏，必须提供版号资质。2021年5月1日，我提交了2款游戏因为版号问题被拒了好多次，苹果审核时已经开始审核版号，而且非常严格！。

我5月份初次提交版号游戏时不清楚需要提交哪些资料，网上几乎也找不到资料，群友似乎也没有相关经验，我只能摸着石头过河，踩了不少坑，经验分享给大家，让大家少走弯路，一次过审！

一、版号提交资料总结

简而言之是：版号、营业执照、授权书。具体的，

• （必需）版号文件（ISBN）
• （可选）版号查询结果网站（国家新闻出版署）；同时提供网站截图更佳

• （必需）版号授权链中“所有公司”的营业执照，比如 A->B->C，提供A、B、C公司的营业执照
• （必需）“所有公司”营业执照查询网站（国家企业信用信息公示系统）；同时提供网页截图更佳。
• （必需）版号授权链中两两公司间的授权书，即 授权链要完整。比如 A->B->C，提供 A->B、B->C 授权书，
• （可选）软著

二、版号被拒的类型

1. 版号被拒模板

版号被拒的条款是2.1元数据。
元数据拒绝不需要重新提交二进制包，你补全资料后直接在回复框里回复后，苹果就会继续审核了。

上面是版号被拒的模板，我们重点关注的是黑体加粗的部分，这里指出了被拒的具体原因，比如缺哪些资料。

2. 版号被拒常见类型

下面是我总结的常见被拒类型：

— Provide both scanned copies of ISBN operator’s (运营单位) and your Business Licenses.

解决：提供版号文件和版号授权链中所有公司的营业执照，比如 A->B->C，需要提供A、B、C三家公司的营业执照。

— Provide valid scanned copies and the direct links to the government website of your Business License (营业执照).

解决：提供授权链中所有公司的营业执照和所有公司的营业执照查询结果的政府网站（国家企业信用信息公示系统）。

— Please make sure that app must be published under a seller name and company name that reflects the 北京xx科技有限公司 name.

解读：苹果开发者账号的主体必须在授权链中。比如你提供的资料都是公司和公司间的授权，但是苹果开发者账号是个人的，且没有在授权链中体现出来，就会被这条拒绝。怎么解决？可以尝试公司授权给这个苹果开发者账号的个人，但是我没有尝试过，试过的朋友可以留言评论。

— Provide scanned copies of all valid documentations showing permission/authorization to you for the game app’s approval for distribution on the App Store in China mainland.

解读：提供所有能提供的资料，目的是证明这个游戏有版号的，且能够和当前开发者账号关联起来。

— The 政府网站的直接链接www.gsxt.gov.cn/xxxx/… links to a website which displays an 404 error, please provide a valid link to the government website of the operator’s

解决：营业执照的查询网站——国家企业信用信息公示系统 ji不稳定，我用国外网访问确实有时候会404，国内网访问有时候也会提示校验没通过等。最终，我回复苹果让他们多试一试，同时提供了网站的截图，通过了。

三、如何提交版号资料

版号资料提交位置：App Store Connect后台 – App信息右下角。
如果你没有看到可能是你没有选择App类型或者没有添加内购商品。类别选择”游戏“，并添加一个内购商品就会出现了。

下图中，“网络游戏出版号“，填写ISBN号码；所有的资料打成压缩包上传到”证明文件“这里。

四、常见问题

1. 我都保存了，为什么还是有一个感叹号？是我没保存成功，还是缺资料，心里有点慌
——没错，当初我也很慌，问了一圈也没人告诉我。我现在告诉你，就是这样的，填好了也有黄色感叹号，放心提审吧！

2. 需要补充资料，是在回复框里补，还是在App信息证明文件这了补？
——在证明文件这里补，然后在回复框里告诉审核人员你补完了。
