Northern Solutions\’\’ Xeneo Web server是一款快速容易配置的HTTP服务程序，可使用在Windows操作系统上。
Xeneo Web服务程序对畸形WEB请求缺少正确处理，远程攻击者可以利用这个漏洞进行拒绝服务攻击。
当Xeneo Web服务程序接收到\’\’\\%\’\’请求时，可触发拒绝服务条件，导致停止对正常服务的响应，
