Linux kernel是美国Linux基金会发布的开源操作系统Linux所使用的内核。NFSv4 implementation是其中的一个分布式文件系统协议。

Linux Kernel 3.1-rc3之前版本的fs/befs/linuxvfs.c中的befs_follow_link函数不能验证超长符号链接的长度属性。本地用户可通过访问畸形Be文件系统上的超长符号链接导致拒绝服务（不正确指针解引用和OOPS）。
