Tor（The Onion Router）是第二代洋葱路由（onion routing）的一种实现，主要用于匿名访问互联网。

Tor 0.2.2.38之前版本中的routerlist.c中存在漏洞，该漏洞源于中继列表迭代取决于被选择的中继使用不同的时间量。远程攻击者可利用该漏洞通过定时信道端攻击获取有关中继选择的敏感信息。
