Linux kernel是美国Linux基金会发布的开源操作系统Linux所使用的内核。NFSv4 implementation是其中的一个分布式文件系统协议。

Linux kernel 3.7.4之前的版本中的drivers/usb/chipidea/host.c文件中的host_start函数中存在拒绝服务漏洞，该漏洞源于程序没有正确支持‘non-streaming’选项。本地攻击者可通过USB/Ethernet适配器发送大量的网络流量利用该漏洞导致系统崩溃。
