WordPress是WordPress软件基金会的一套使用PHP语言开发的博客平台，该平台支持在PHP和MySQL的服务器上架设个人博客网站。Download Shortcode是其中的一个允许使用简码下载文件的插件。

WordPress Download Shortcode插件0.2.3及之前版本的force-download.php文件中存在目录遍历漏洞。远程攻击者可通过‘file’参数中的目录遍历字符‘..’利用该漏洞读取任意文件。
